NUOVA CORRENTE is a journal dealing with literary / philosophical topics. It was founded in Genova (Italy) in 1954 by Mario Boselli and Giovanni Sechi.
Initially engaged in the debate about realism, since the early 1970s the journal has been dealing with various topics, such as theory of literature, linguistics, psychoanalysis and epistemology, boasting prestigious contributions by Italian and international students (click here to see the list of contributors).
NUOVA CORRENTE often publishes monographic issues; among the latest, those dedicated to Blanchot, Calvino, Eliot, Perec, Adorno.
NUOVA CORRENTE publishes mainly in Italian; occasionally in French and English.
NUOVA CORRENTE is published twice a year (two issues per volume)
From volume 1993 on, introductions of monographic issues and some brief contributions are available FREE OF CHARGE in PDF format.
